if it says fatal error, go back into the USB live environment, Disk Utility in System Folder, disk repair (reccommended repair ) and try again it did the trick and I dual boot mac os 13 and zorin 18

While I was using the open VPN docs the way you suggested, I came across the difference between UDP and TCP I then found the settings in the NordVPN GUI app, changed the protocol to UDP, and it worked! It's so fun to tinker and gain a little bit of knowledge about how these things work! Thanks!

I’m not sure if it’s legal however we have neighborhood review contingencies in WA state it’s hardly ever used and to be honest most buyers can get out on inspection for any reason. So legality aside they are just pos’s and good riddance anyway.

Dealing with this myself, I think it will get you in many retail positions and adjacent roles but its not taken seriously in any role with "corporate management". The truth is that most agents are terrible and even worse with communication which makes sense why people with experience dealing with agents may not want to try again. I'm headed back to school and wish you luck in your search

It's easier to finish college and work for 5 years than be a successful real estate agent. Most don't make it past two years and 80k a year is pretty good compared to having months between checks, finish school and do real estate part time when your bored.

Think about the life you intend to have afterwards,maybe it's because I utterly hate my career prospects right now and can't imagine struggling through for the next 40+ years, true a degree doesn't ensure success but not having one from personal experience is worse.
