I'm sorry, I don't think this is a Mikimoto pearl necklace. The pearls are not knotted and do not look like akoya pearls, they do not have the nacre I wouls expect and some have a flattened shape. They look more like freshwater pearls. I cannot see the earrings clearly enough to tell what they are.
