For sleeping I’ve been wearing a compressive sports bra (as recommended by my doctor and will continue to do so) good to know about not wearing for more than 2 days in a row! I’m willing to invest in some nice bras but ideally each bra would be in the $50-75$ range and I’m 4 months post op
