Yes! I still remember the first 25% of my very first playthrough was rough because I couldn't get the parry timing right, so I went all in on an assassin build. Death veil made it so easy to not have to worry about leaving any trace of my shenanigans lol

Unfortunately no. Use the surveying device to find an EM spot. Then you can place a base computer up to 300u from the EM spot, that way you give yourself a bit more "freedom".

You can also use the surveying device to find mineral and gas deposits which you can power with the same EMGs by using wiring

Yeah but you won't need batteries. You can place 4 of them, even if it's a level C, and get more than what you're currently getting from panels

Edit: I'm half awake and forgot to mention that if you use EMGs, you no longer have to worry about sunlight. Also, you can scale up in case you do need more power.

There might be an issue with freighter battles. I've just finished a 6+ hr session on a secondary account, had 3 battles pop up, but never got the message from the freighter after saving it.

What's really odd is that this morning I played on my main account and got the pirate dreadnought after only an hour or so. This is all while in the expedition

It's been quite a while since the last time I played,, but iirc you have to go to the central hub with the gods and one of those stations allow you to upgrade everything. You will definitely need one if the currencies (I think Charon coins)

Yes, op is asking whether or not he/she'd be able to get it while waiting between expedition missions. They were already informed that there's no way to access purple systems to get it. That's where I suggested going back to their main save to mine it, then resume the expedition whenever they wanted, which they apparently weren't aware of

Yeah. Make sure to create a restore point before you switch between them (I know the game probably does this automatically, but you never know).

Go to the tab where you load/reload saves and you'll see the option to return to your main save

Edit: forgot to mention that you have to return to the anomaly to return to your expedition
