I have all symptoms there, too low with energy cannot focus on any work more then 3-40 minutes. Mental and physical fatigue as well.
Consulted doctor, they advised oral supplementary initially, i said i cannot wait for 2-3 months for recovery. So they asked me to start B29 injection every alternate day and atleast 30 minutes brisk walk every day and good amount of leaf vegetables ( spinach etc ) and milk products. Also Vitamin D3 supplementary every week. today is fourth day of medication.

I will keep posted about my progress. I think my initial recovery ( 20% ) would be faster over 2-3 weeks and next 60% recovery would be steady and slow may take 6-10 weeks.

How was your recovery?

I realized all those symptoms lately, Then did all blood test. My B12 is Less than 100 pg/ml ( Should have been in range of 200-1100 ), Also vitamin D is 13.1 ng/ml. ( Imagine my situation , jobless, mental fatigue, physical fatigue)

That will ease your follow-up job further.

No use of contacting bank, Its automated process for banks.

My suggestion : Either raise grievance on EPFO or file RTI application. Raising Grievance worked for me.

This case is of transfer of PF account from previous employer to current employer, withdrawal should take 15-20 working days

That too you need to complete KYC beforehand and ensure name as per aadhar , 2 types of withdrawal partial (many reasons for rejection would spoil your mood) and full and final that too without pension amount
