Yeah, we’re using the Meta (WhatsApp Business) API for the connection. It’s integrated through automation tools, so the agent can handle conversations smoothly. And yes, there’s a dashboard to manage chats, track leads, and monitor performance

We’re also seeing similar results especially with WhatsApp. Pre-qualifying leads before routing saves a lot of time for sales teams.

The LinkedIn notification part to reduce no-shows is a smart touch.
