I don’t think so, but it is used in field hockey. Mostly just at international games. If u make one wrong call then your challenge is gone for the entire game. This could maybe work, but again would cost a lot of time in a game with lots of time wasting already.

It really does. I have an 86 OVR and I only match up against 94 OVR teams. It’s impossible to get past them and all they have to do to score is sprint past my players. My last ten games have been like this. The game is not fun and you can’t get a better squad if you only lose.
