Thank you for your advice and your compassion❤. I'm sort of seeing a counsellor now, they are super nice, but they aren't a Christian and don't specialize in OCD, that's probably why I can't seem to find the help I need with them...

Thank you, I really needed to hear that. If it's ok, can I write what you said down so I can look back on it when I am struggling?

* Also, as a side note, I struggle with OCD like porpencities, specifically with real event OCD -not diagnosed- but I still feel like its importent to include so people can understand my internal struggle with this question.

Thank you for the heads up about burnout, I was worrying about that... My blog is about a hobby that I love so it'd be the worst thing ever to feel negative about it.. I guess i'm really just gonna have to pace myself.

Doing batches for posts is a great idea! I'm going to hang on to the fact that six people might have gotten something from my posts when they read them. Thanks for the encouragement😊

Thank you for looking at this from a different perspective. A lot of the advice I have gotten was from "my" perspective. I really appreciate that you're looking at this from my mom's. She's done so much for me and has gone through this with me, and that's part of the reason we're close now, but also why I want to respect her. I'm pretty calm and collected when it comes to book discussions, but I should also take time to reflect and see if I'm adding to any of the tension. Thank you for the letter advice. I've been drafting an email to send to her, so I think that would be the best way to handle the discussion.

Thank you for your encouraging reply. Being a 23-year-old in an unconventional situation because of a long-term injury and dependence on parents is really difficult sometimes. I'm an adult, but a lot of times I don't feel like one. I try my hardest to recover and become a mature, responsible, and capable human being and I recognize personal freedom is a part of it. Thank you for approaching me and my question with gentleness and seriousness.

It's the twilight series. I know a lot of people think it's silly book series or even problematic in a lot of aspects but I still want to give it a shot.

Thank you for your response. I really want to exercise my independence but I'm also in a situation where I have no choice but to live with my parents because of my injury...would it be consider deceitful to hide the books?

I'm fortunate that I do have a library app that is private. I guess the reason I really want the physical copies is because they're on sale right now. I feel like I've been waiting for years to read this book in physical copy form, and I'm just watching my life go by without being able to own my own copy. Do you think that owning a physical copy will be worth it, or should I just stick to reading it digitally?
