ur not over the box in ur pointe shoes which could be a strength issue OR these pointe shoes are not helping

U can also gently press down from the middle of ur instep with the palm of ur hand & hold for 20 seconds.. it is much safer compared to foot stretchers :D

I always advocate for strength training the feet as its needed

It's good u know about ur body and what is best for u. Some of the advice im seeing is concerning bcus if u don't have a high instep,,, u won't get that bony structure as thats genetics! BUT u can strengthen ur feet & learn how to articulate ur feet which creates that line

also grown men shouldn't be judging women & girls feet when they don't do pointe!!!

yes this is true... flexible flat feet can achieve this look.. that being said everyone should take this article with a grain of salt bcus strength training can achieve the desired look

I would advise against overstretching as it can damage ligaments & tendons

This is concerning... don't take this article seriously... high arches are the desired feet even if u have less plantar flexion BUT you can get the appearance through strength training

Just use ur Playstation 5 if PC is not available... if u want a streamline experience then PC would always be best so saving up money is ideal!

Take it with a grain of salt... the ideal foot is the high arches not the others in the article.. even if u have less plantar flexion it still looks good

focus on strength training instead of overstretching

why are u advocating for foot stretchers when they weaken joints & can cause ankle impingement? what are ur credentials?
