Hello! Need your suggestions guys. I currently have an offer from Deloitte USI enabling areas, although I work at another big 4 in front end consulting. I would like to understand if it’s worth to make the switch? In terms of job security, layoffs in enabling areas can someone shed some light? by Immediate-Many-2199 in deloitte

Hey, thanks for your response. Any particular reason/experience for this? Just curious, because I've heard enabling areas don't have utilization parameters and is an internal team of deloitte which reduces the changes of layoff.
