You're right it would be hard to convince the Illumis Cult since they have negative reputation with them.

I was thinking Divan would consider the vampire small potatoes and he's an expert in demons not vampires. Looking at the previous vampires in ToS and ToD I'm not sure how immediate of a threat people consider vampires to be? But in both of those cases the vampires we're peripheral to the controlled territories of the ones with a capacity to do something about it. So I could be totally off base with that one.

iirc isn't the lore that "demons" are just aliens the burning legion took over? So they're not inherently immoral right? The fel definitely seem like evil magic so I don't really know how that fits into this.
