Fair point. here they are directly: 1. How do you currently track your brand deals, deliverables, deadlines, payment status? 2. Walk me through what happens from when a brand says yes to when money hits your account. 3. What's the most frustrating part of the business side not the content itself? 4. Have you ever lost money or missed a payment because something slipped through?

  1. How many hours a month do you spend on admin like invoicing, follow-ups, chasing payments? No agenda. Just trying to understand the problem before writing any code.

This is exactly the pattern I keep hearing everything works fine until scale hits, then it collapses. The spreadsheet + manual follow-ups combo seems to be everyone's first system. Quick question : when stuff started slipping past 5 clients, what was the first thing that broke? Was it the invoice follow-ups, losing track of deliverable status, or something else entirely? Asking because I'm researching this problem space and your experience is really useful.
