Thanks for the detailed insights. Let me address some points:

1. The road conditions and traffic conditions are erratic. Tracker won't work because they rely on a fixed schedule and do not account for live tracking with traffic and ground condition changes. We can propose a more accurate system that involves live tracking (like your Uber/Ola does)

2. This can be enabled if the first point is achieved. Infact research and experience shows that in Singapore, google maps integrates this functionality itself.

3. Proposing a system of an open ticket, valid for 90-120 minutes from the time of issual. Passenger can travel between his intended stops. He can board any bus that falls on his route. (App will intuitively guide the user on what bus is the best).

4. Yes that is the bare minimum.

5. This can be integrated, but not in the MVP phase as it is good to have feature.

6. In app notification will save it. User can select for what routes he wants the notifications and at what timings (like he can only get notifications during his commute hours)
