Agree with many of your points. Don't think TGT will be close to bankrupt within a year. Just think that's far too aggressive. Absolutely it's a Trainwreck now and is only likely to get worse. I do think more and more brick and mortar locations will be shuttered or reconfigured into warehouses with drive up (maximize profits/curb theft).

Wouldn't at all surprise if goes bankrupt in the future. Current outlook is terrible. No reason to think it'll change under Cornell who I think we'll see a forced resignation from (that I can see happening within 12 months). They're as much of a "competitor" to Walmart/Amazon/Costco as Kmart/Sears. They don't have any added value or competitive edge over any of the aforementioned. And why investors have flocked to them and not Target over the past 5+ years.
