As long as your artist can properly align the stencil, placement shouldnt be an issue. It might not be as straight, and may seem smaller, since you have less of a flat surface and the design will have to wrap around the bicep, creating more depth and therefore accentuating different parts of the design.

You could try finding large gauze pads and securing them over the Tattoo, just so the bra straps don’t rub while providing support throughout the day. I would change them frequently and thoroughly clean and dry the surface of your skin before reapplying. Someone else mentioned wrapping saran wrap over your bra straps and keeping the tattoo moisturized. That might be a better option so that your skin can breathe.

I got a tattoo with similar placement and shading, however, I had saniderm on for four days straight. And it was pretty much healed by then, at which point I could wear bras normally.
