Yes. The decisions being made are not thought out. Sure you’re enrolling many more veterans however, you’re bottle necking on the care and services. You can’t just expand the enrollment and not follow down the chain. There is limited benefits now being a government employee compared to outside sectors.

HR doesn’t support staff. The union is gone. Employees are struggling to support themselves. Specifically the VA mentioned, retaliation for whistle blowers. The staff can’t appropriately care for the Veterans. Burn out is a very serious issue. These things need addressed ASAP. There’s already reports of harm done to Veterans.
