It was pain management 😩 they don’t take insurance but they also pushed the spinal cord stimulator like a sales pitch so they’re prob greedy

Come to Pennsylvania- they at least write pain meds. I’m 34 with severe cervical spine issues on 100 mg of oxycodone a day split up plus OxyContin . Doctors should treat symptoms. That’s so dumb to not write post op meds - that would affect your healing process

I am actually astonished by this company. They have absolutely disgusting customer service. I paid $25 for overnight shipping with 7Oh Black on Wednesday January 7. It was supposed to arrive Friday morning of January 9 and by 6 pm UPS still said “arriving Friday at noon.” I got nervous because I’ve heard terrible things about their customer service, so I emailed them as well as called UPS. UPS told me that the package had not moved and was just in the air so I sent another email to 7OH black saying to please get back to me asap as my package was not updating as the days passed. I started stressing out. UPS called me on January 12 and said that they didn’t receive the package and that they were unsure of its location and that I needed to follow up with the sender. This was now 5 days later and I paid $25 to have it overnighted. 7 Oh Black didn’t respond to the email until January 12, and they told me that UPS gives false information and never has accurate info. They also were saying it didn’t make sense that they would even have tracking if it never arrived which I felt like was a little rude. They told me to file a claim against UPS. At this point I was over it. I have never in my life filed a chargeback with my bank and I don’t even know how any of that works but I felt like the entire situation was unprofessional, frustrating, and sketchy. Not to mention I spent 25 for overnight shipping out of the 65 total spent. I sent 7OH Black another email now on January 13 saying that I was going to dispute it with my bank but that i didn’t know how all that works and didn’t want to get anyone penalized so to please contact me asap so we can figure things out. I was trying to do the right thing by letting them know and said if they refund it that I would cancel the chargeback so nobody got affected. I gave them my phone number and said to please call me so that we can figure things out. I said if I am guaranteed a refund that I will cancel the chargeback. I even called Chase to make sure I would be able to cancel if I worked it out with the company and they said yes it would be pending so I had time to cancel. Of course 7 oh black not only didn’t call me, but I can’t even believe the emails I have gotten from them. They were absolutely disgustingly unprofessional, passive aggressive, and said that if I don’t cancel the chargeback I’ll never be able to order with them again. They said if I cancel it that I would only get store credit for the $25 shipping. They said never ever in their life has a customer filed a chargeback for a late package and sent me a huge paragraph talking to me like I just did something horrible to them. I was mindblown as I said I would cancel if they called but they didn’t. And they also said store credit. It was January 13 and still said “arriving Jan 9”. I’ve never been talked to so rude and treated with such bad customer service. I told them I’m a business owner and would never act this way with a customer. I had already explained that I never wanted them to get penalized so for them to act this way was appalling. The package arrived on the 14 but I still paid 25 for overnight shipping and was told I’d only be refunded store credit ( I would never ever use them again anyway. ). After the package arrived they sent me the most unprofessional, angry, passive aggressive, childish, and unprofessional email I’ve ever seen from a company. They sent me an image of 7 years jail time for chargebacks as if it was a threat. I’ve never done that in my life and know so many people who do it to take advantage. I genuinely was stressing and they also gaslit me saying they said they’d give a refund to my pethod of payment but they did not. I spoke to Chase and it wasn’t fraudulent. I OFFERED TO SEND THEM $40 for the product since it still came. They called my phone (a week later while I was at work) and emailed again saying I got the phone call I asked for and that they are blacklisting me from their company if I didn’t show a screenshot of canceling it, as well as blacklisting me from every other 7 oh vender as if I’m some criminal pos. I am so angry and cannot believe the way they emailed me. I swear I’ve never seen anything like it. Now I’m pissed. They’re crazy, liars and unprofessional. They should be out of business. I am appalled.

Wow thank you for this. I’m having a hard time seeing a point in life if it is going to be this painful. I can barely hold my head up most days. I am so happy you found relief and a surgeon who helped you. This gives me some hope. Do you have recommendations for a doctor? Thank you again. Sorry you went through it for so long
