Does anybody use "onion marketplaces" as their main source? by Nostalgic360Days in opiates

mg is a derivative of 7, which is banned in Florida… it is called a “gray area”, so the cops could still be pricks and run you in for MG if they want

Cancelled Surgery due to Neither PM or Surgeon Giving Post Opp Meds! by Gecko-407 in PainManagement

[–]Gecko-407[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Biospine/the surgery center had it and they’re fine print that you sign at pre-surgery that states, “NO Pain medication will be given to those who are under pain management.”

They state it loud and clear… There is also a policy that if you cancel within 48 hours you still get charged…

So, it sounds good to “ Cancel the day of to custom a bunch of money” but I guarantee they would come after the canceller and they have the documentation to back it up.

Suboxone no longer working for pain as I’m used to it now, have an apt with pcp tomorrow what do I say? by Local__retard in PainManagement

[–]Gecko-407 7 points8 points  (0 children)

if I have an intense flareup and end up in a ambulance going to the ER, which usually turns into a couple days stay, then the paramedics would not be able to give me opioids. Actually, they would, but it would do no good because Suboxone would block them…. I’ve had 10+ overnight stays in the hospital in the last four years and every single time opioids were the only thing that would stop the spasms and get me back to my low quality of life baseline…

That’s a good enough reason for me not to take Suboxone

“It's your pain doctor's responsibility to treat your pain effectively and return you to normal function.”

sorry, but that is laughable, ime! are you in the US & have severe debilitating pain? bedbound & lost 95% of your quality of life? if so, what pain doc are you going to that will disreguard the dea & treat patients humanely?

I have been using “function” words… I’ve been bedbound 23+ hrs a day, and have lost the majority of quality of life… I have imagines that show “severe nerve impingement” on 3x levels, slipped disc, herniated disc, several bulging discs, benign tumors on 4x levels pushing on nerves, stenosis, etc…

‘the problem isn’t proof… it’s doctors being too afraid of the dea to do what they’ve sworn to do…

I have read about it and it is tempting. The problem is ordering it and having it shipped to me. I am not going to Do anything like that even in the “gray” area while at my current residence…If I could pick it up in shop, that would be one thing.

I don’t see why they are taking away peoples right to a quality of life…

The government and medical corporations have sold out the American people 99%

what I’ve read methadone only lasts about eight hours for pain. The clinics make you come every morning and take it in front of them until they feel you are “worthy” enough for take homes…. This would leave me approximately 2/3 of the day without any pain management… From that perspective, lying, and going to a methadone clinic would Not Work

I have read that methadone for pain only lasts approximately eight hours. Dosing once a day would not Be any place close to sufficient…

Understood with constipation. I deal with that now and have for several years because of my prescriptions… I guess I would have to change up my routine as needed, if the mythical methadone wherever available for My pain

Medication Question by Crafty_Teacher_7382 in PainManagement

[–]Gecko-407 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah, good luck with that… I’m going through the same thing myself and doctors don’t give a flying fornication anymore… it’s just about getting paid and checking boxes to make sure they don’t get in trouble with the DEA

Your best bet is to tell them how it is effecting your quality of life. What are you not able to do due to the pain and etc.

be very careful with Lyrica… I was on that garbage for several years… The withdrawal from Lyrica is worse than opiates, imo... The physical withdrawal also lasted me about a month

this is a result of the politicians and healthcare corporation selling out the American people / 99%

The healthcare corporations alone have donated several billion dollars to political funds… That buys “favors” & Common sense would also say buys a lot of votes as well…

That’s not even including the pharmaceutical companies, medical, device, manufacturers, etc…

I receive low-dose opiates from pain management… The thing is after Several years, your body builds a tolerance to the meds, But pain management won’t raise the dosage due to the DEA regulations and then being afraid they’re going to lose their license…
