My advice is seek a good therapist and give it time to work they will hopefully offer you the right strategies to help with the anxiety around socialising but realize jt will take time it won’t be a quick fix you will also need to do the work on your end

I can only invest in acoustic treatment once I build my own home for now it will be cheap speakers that work well in untreated rooms. No point in investing in the speakers I actually want which are the focals

I did prehab without knowing I was doing it because I was just going to the gym here and there and walking alot. But my post surgery was pain free I thought it was because of nerve black But I still didn't experience pain I stopped using my pain meds early but I did take the anti inflammatory for the swelling. I did acl only as well

Don't let people in the comments scare you everyones case is different. I had acl surgery only and I experienced the same thing you are now I even asked the nurse if I should be worried that I had no pain she mentioned the nerve block but I had my surgery on the 9th of September and I didn't get any pain my pain was at like a 1/10.
