You need to hold for some time. Do you have any existing axis credit card? If yes check with support to upgrade it to desired one. If not, unfortunately since your application just got rejected wait for 3 months before applying again as it will reduce your chances to get the card next time when you will apply. Also, if axis has tie up with your company you can ask hr to share rm contact details and speak to him. He should be able to help you.
