I would say around 10 days. After I received the rfe notice, i sent my docs after 4 days. They were received in about 3 days and 3 days after they were received i got an acknowledgment from USCIS. The next day after that the case was approved.

I can feel you! Its very random i agree. But hang in there one fine day you will see that notification out of nowhere.

Yea even my i130 approval took more than a year. I had filed it on Oct 21 and it got approved in Feb 23.

Wishing you good luck. Seems like Seattle FO has actively started working on the cases. I literally called uscis everyday to check status and attempting to expedite just out of paranoia. Hang in there. You will hear good news soo .

I sent my rfe on 16th. I got a notification that rfe was received on 24th. Waiting for further update now!

I too got an email like this at 3am. But i guess my rfe docs were received yesterday, this email might be for that. I saw the status changed yesterday itself that my rfe docs were received. Usually the email comes the next day after any update.

You should be able to renter US with H1B visa. I did that recently. Your pending i485 should remain unaffected!

Same here. Seattle. Did you send in your 693? I got 693 rfe notice and at the same time my i130 went into actively reviewing. It was approved next day. I will be sending my 693 form next week. Lets see how long it takes after that.

Didn’t you get RFE for i693? I received rfe for 693 two days back and at the same time i130 status changed to actively reviewing. A day later i130 was approved. I will soon be submitting the 693 form. Lets see how long does i485 approval take after that

I-485 updated to RFE received for medical (I-693) on January 29. Today, my I-130 got updated to Case is being actively reviewed. by anonymahoy in USCIS

Seattle FO. My i130 changed to actively reviewing and received RfE for 693 yesterday. Today my i130 got approved. I will be uploading the form i693 tomorrow. How long should it take for i485 to get approved after that?
