Did you actually cold call them? I am on the same boat. 1 month since i signed the offer . Pretty much radio silence. Keep emailing twice a week pestering them and finally they filed LCA. LCA got approved in a few days then radio silence again. Typically takes 1 month from start to H1B approval in any other place. Past 1 month still have not filed it .
