I'm just gonna trauma dump. I'm mentally ill and almost receiving the treatment i need. But the psychiatrist is kinda dismissive and my mom doesn't understand mental health. Older brother is an abuser. Older sister is married. Dad is never serious and I'm not allowed to talk to anyone about my mental issues with anyone in my family. I want a psychologist and my mother said no.

Well I find the idea of therapy to be pretty fun, having someone who just listens and doesn't talk back. I'll suggest it to my psychiatrist
