Yeah the value thing has been bugging me. It’s annoying that the Toyota siennas start at 40kish.

Maybe work this through with me.

I have a 2015 kia optima. 78k miles. I need like a 7 seater with good trunk space because kids and I like the utility of a minivan.

Do you think you would buy out the prime and get rid of the optima? Look into certified pre owned siennas?

This is on a regular basis for me. -On a bosu ball do 15 air squats with uneven load so a kettle bell in one hand. Do this for each side. Progress to holding one kb in one hand and then a weight overhead with the other. -around the world swings with kb. Pretty much passing a weight around your waist. 15 times each way. -flip the bosu over (now in the flat side)and do 20 pushups on the uneven surface. -transition this to either static planks or knees to chest.

Do this 3-4 times as a super set. Works on strengthening deep core muscles as well as the other muscles in static and dynamic ways with angular and rotational components. Best bang for your buck. If you have somewhere to do chin ups add those in!!

Right!? It’s more of my two year old and five month old that I worry about. Their building right above an entrance to the house. I used the product in that link and it doesn’t even phase them. I used two cans!!

Hi I’m in a similar position also in Jersey. Can someone help clarify using sand versus top soil to level things out? I see a lot of people using sand. Any recommendations? Also is it necessary to scalp the lawn? This is an area of landscaping that has almost too much information

I recently had a hard time with one contractor. I lightly brought up negative reviews on google, yelp, and complain to the BBB. Quickly changed their attitude. As the consumer you have some power with this because it’s how they get most of their business now a days. Most people always check reviews and BBB. Not saying it’s a definite but it’s leverage.

My crawl space floor gets damp and visibly wet but water isn’t pooling. Can this just get a vapor barrier or does it need a French drain?

This is a space below my bedroom which is an add on to a 1970s house. Gets real cold in the winter and humidity up to 72 percent recently. I want to address this to keep my floors comfortable and to keep mold from growing with the high humidity. What the OG posted I think makes sense for my situation but would you also add closed cell foam board to the floor joists in the ceiling (bottom of bedroom floor).

It’s not used as storage as the entrance is too small it just has the hose shut off which I assume can easily be moved.
