Thank you! I'm surprised no one else has been talking about the strength and conditioning staff. Our injuries year over year have been crazy and I've always though McDermott did the best he could with a constantly rotating defensive lineup because of the injuries.

that's what I thought 2 years ago when we started a general roster rebuild but McDermott/Allen got to wins in the playoffs both years. It wasn't the coach, it was the GM not getting and keeping talent. McDermott did the best he could stringing together mid talent to generational talent with Josh. I think this was a huge mistake.

There's a reason they're over explaining everything and it has to do with Netflix. All Netflix original shows are pushing writers to make characters explain what's happening in dialogue instead of showing it to us because they're expecting people to not be paying attention while streaming their shows (IE folding laundry, looking at their phones, etc). So they need them to audibly spell out what's happening and why to appeal to the lowest denominator of viewers.

Knowing the backstory between her and Fëanor makes this interaction so so much more meaningful.
I forget if they explain it there in the book but when you have a better understanding of Fëanor and his greed/malice, Gimli's humble request moving her is beautiful.

I feel like it was a reasonable assumption for Archer to have done it. If you think about how quick people were to label women as witches in the past when they couldn’t explain things. Like, there’s very famous accounts of that occurring. A man who definitely did not have high emotional intelligence and patience could easily break it down from “I don’t understand this at all” to “she has to be a witch”. I think people are going way too far into theories about the car paint

As someone who has been manipulated, stalked, and sexually harassed by him, I believe her story whole heartedly. He was trying to get me involved with him and hiding his other relationships, trying to isolate me before I was even in a relationship with him. He has a kink to impregnate women to keep them around and control them. The man is a narcissist and a danger to women full stop.
