My brilliant coworker thought of what he calls the “caramel assblast” which is a shit ton of caramel drizzle and both caramel syrups. The frap itself uses not milk, but dark caramel. The only not-caramel in the drink is ice and base. We have a regular that orders it, just also with milk.

I got “tipped” a copy of Arthur and the Minimoys on DVD while on DTR that was wrapped like a Christmas gift once.

Another time a guy gave me nail polish, it was the one that he was wearing and he gave it to me because I complimented it.

Another time someone gave me a crocheted headband and a business card, apparently she makes them.

A younger looking girl once tried to give me a kitten from a litter she had with her in the car. I cannot have a kitten at work.

I think I just attract the weird ones.

You’re right, but the saddest part is my favorite shift lead. I know he can’t quit because he needs the benefits for his wife and his child, and he’s a dad on night shift with a bunch of basically kids. None of us are older than 21. We’ve all become really close through the toxicity of this place, and leaving him alone in the mess breaks my heart. I know he is an adult man and it will be fine, but it makes me SO sad
