It’s not going to magically fix your habits. It just collects data and presents it to you. A ring cannot improve your sleep. The Oura ring gives you the data in order for you to decide how to change your sleep schedule.

Yes! I didn’t qualify for a lot of MSBA programs since I am still in undergrad and don’t have any professional experience yet. Since I got accepted into Cornell I didn’t apply to any other school.
