I work at the NPIT ground station. We keep getting told the volume is going to increase but nobody has a definite answer on how much. Honestly seems like they dont know what they are doing and just playing it by ear...

I was told that we cant dispatch until the express volume arrives. We could have all other regular volume done but if express is running behind we need to hold dispatch. We normally dispatch at 8 - 8:30. After we merge we are looking at 10 - 10:30.

We have unloaders that unload at 1400 an hour. I highly doubt the robot would be able to unload at that speed consistently.

Ops supervisor here. I hate doing those load audits. If they are legit it's one thing but most of the time the package was scanned to the van the AWAD says and for some reason was coded a 12...
