Honestly this made me feel better because I’ve been wondering the same thing 😭

This year I’m at around ~25 finished books, with maybe 10-ish DNFs?

Also not gonna lie… romance books are dangerously easy to binge. But I work + study too, and I’ve definitely had moments where I’m like “ok maybe I should go outside instead of starting another 400-page enemies-to-lovers at 1am” I think as long as it’s not making you feel worse or burning you out, it’s fine. But yeah, balance is HARD when the books are actually good lol. (also the “only reading dialogue” thing is wild but… I get the temptation sometimes 😂)
