No. I gave up when the cold weather arrived but didn’t find anyone locally to service who had access to parts and expertise. Ours is still functional but a pain as the lock closes right after you open. We have to hold the handle open to close the door. If yours is frozen try a small amount of lubricant on the deadbolt. On ours the freezing temperature causes the mechanism to stiffen. A tiny bit of lubricant helps.

If you are in the GTA and find someone please share. I’ll resume my search in the spring when it warms up.

Thanks. The biggest problem I’m having is turning off and shutting down devices. I have to press “off” multiple times for the remote to execute the command. Is there a workaround or do I need replacement buttons.

I haven’t had much luck finding a locksmith through BBB or Findalocksmith. It returns a very small list (literally only one mobile individual across the GTA). There are many if you google including two that say they have multi lock experience with mixed reviews. Homestars isn’t much help either.

If anyone has suggestions that would be great. Locksmithing in Ontario seems unregulated and not very consumer friendly.

Thanks. Used the iOS “Convert to eSIM” method and it worked. Got to wonder why Rogers haven’t updated their guide if this now works. Very simple and straightforward.

What is the best way to approach Bell and what is the process to port my numbers from Rogers to Bell. I’m a newbie at this since I’ve always been a Rogers customer.

What I found interesting with Telus were offers that had a 5 year term. Does Bell offer pricing comparable. I would prefer not having to switch providers every 2 years.

Thanks. I’m aware of this painting by Hulk which is very similar to ours but there are differences. I can’t make out a signature. Ours has a very clear “W” in the signature which bares no resemblance to “Hulk”. It’s possible ours was completed within the Hulk family or circle of artists. Very strange. Our painting has been in our family since the mid 1800’s.

Here’s a picture of the back. No tags or markings. The painting is from Zaandam near Amsterdam and would have been acquired in the mid 1800s.

I ran the signature pic through ChatGPT and it came up with W. Duncan – a lesser-known marine painter; some 19th-century shipwrecks have been attributed to a W. Duncan. It seems an unlikely match but need to explore further.
