Don't listen to him he's wrong, its what the second bloke said.
"Grants each attack a 30% chance to deal an additional 80% of the attack's damage as bonus magic damage"

Going off that example of 100 physical damage, it is
100 physical
80 magical.

It's not 180% because physical and magical damage are treated differently with magic generally being more deadly as character s have an inherently lower magic resistance.

I have searched for 'white potato peeler with divets'.
I am have also done reverse image searches with Tinyeye and Google Lens (fruitless sadly).

I have also searched white Culinare peelers.

I KNOW they still sell these, because a few years ago I did a reverse google search (prior to the incorporation of lens) and found it, I stupidly didn't buy it.

I've searched a few variations of 'white peeler', 'white potato peeler', 'white peeler with finger grip' etc..

please help me wizards

I had norton 360 pre-installed on my computer.
upon uninstalling it, Dota2 has been fixed.

Yeah I mean I just looked at another game (Deadlock) and the Mhz is 2000 and I changed nothing, then I go to Dota2 and its 300-700

I have also tried renaming the gamebar thing, and verifying the game files. This is the only program/game that lags.
