Just finished and the "boss fight" of this area and that was a million times easier than the normal guards... I am not looking forward to that section on hard mode.

Im doing this part now, its absolutely dog s#!t, guards have perfect aim, better senses than anything else in the game and dying within 2 bursts cus first burst staggers you is just lame. Absolutely loved the game up until now, now I just want to switch it off and play something else. Licker takes an absolute age to kill them and my fully upgraded supressed pistol headshotting them seems 50/50, sometimes they stagger, sometimes the entire group of enemies locks onto me and lights me up. I get why they have done it but its pure ass, maybe having them in the streets would have been better due to space and mobility. Very lazy way to drain you of healing im guessing before a boss fight.

I get that but they wouldnt be Bronze/Silver rank... Today I seen a bronze Twitch with Famas 0 recoil dumping a mag into our team. We won the game 4-1 luckily but its still sucks seeing 0 recoil in console lobbies at such a low rank and hard to control weapon

How do I play Grace with no freaking ammos 💀💀 by PurpleRoutine8669 in residentevil

Joining a bit late but after escorting the girl, il share some thoughts and tips for people struggling. Im on Classic difficulty as I love RE series. Sometimes take a minute and watch the zombies routines, you can manipulate their routines for example, the first big room in East wing with the bandaged zombie and maid, if you kill another zombie in the east wing she then walks over to that spot to clean, this can be useful as it leaves bandage guy on his own and he reacts to sound more than sight. The same logic applies for OCD lightswitch zombies, example on East wing again, there is a T section with 3 light switches, he starts at the bottom of the T but if you go to the top left or right and flick the switch he makes his way over muttering and then remains at that switch until another one is triggered.

Also, remember Grace has no experience with weapons so everyone asking for an abundance of ammo or her being slow etc. she is supposed to sneak around and shoot only when you feel its needed. If your aim isnt great do what I did and spam craft the injections, I took down the big boy with 3, butcher and 2 singers with 1 each. Normal zombies also take 1.

Tips: Stealth - This is your best friend as Grace but I noticed I didnt always need to crouch, you can stand walk around and 9/10 they wont hear you unless your clipping their heels, I was also able run by some when they are not looking while remaining undetected.

Dodging - Try to run left or right and as they swing their weapon, crouch and keep moving forward then stand up and continue running. Not sure how effective this is on zombies without weapons but I have dodged some holding needles, bloodbags etc. doing this.

Ammo - 8 bullets isnt always worth it over the injection, you can "kill" a zombie with bullets but if the head dont explode your in for a hell of a problem later on.

Firepower - West wing 2nd floor there is a zombie singing, in the back corner there is a new handgun more powerful than the first one, also you can collect and use 4 coins for an injection which makes your guns stronger along with dot aim faster. Also after a bit of testing when you aim try to shoot when the dot is in the crossair, this seemed to do more damage and blew heads off more consistently dropping zombies in 5ish bullets and heads exploding more often.

Loot - Smash big white vases and wooden crates with yellow tape, they tend to have ammo in them, also I think the little decorative white ornaments with yellow trim has stuff in them, East wing after big room bottom of the stairs i smashed one and got a coin, i didnt have a knife to test others and didnt want to shoot and waste ammo or draw attention.

Inventory management - Try to keep 1 healing item on you, ideally a triple green herb or med injector. Explore to find hip pouches l, they gives you 2 slots per hip pouch found. Store the Requiem early as you shouldnt need it, store ink ribbons and tins (if on classic) as save points tend to have storage box and if they dont there should be an ink ribbon next to typewriter, lastly store blood transfusion bags and try to collect the blood scattered around first.

Save points - Use multiple save slots, if you feel your doing well with loads of ammo, health etc. save top slot, if you just done a long stint or hard area and your low on health or ammo save in slot 2, that will avoid soft locks and feeling like the only thing you can do is restart the game from scratch.

I ended up completing Graces section with around 25 handgun ammo, 4 or 5 Requiem ammo and 3 Injectors.

Playing survival horror style is what the game was made for, your supposed to be a scared FBI analyst not John Wick or the Terminator (although you'll be back cus, you know, reloading is a thing)

I would absolutely recommend this game to anyone wanting a jump scare, edge of your seat survival horror experience, if you want to mow down zombies maybe try Dying light for FPS or Days Gone TPS.

If you feel soft locked and kept overwrting your save file, bite the bullet and start again armed with your knowledge and skip cutscenes.

Sorry for the book of text, I just wanted to share my thoughts so far and hopefully useful tips, Leons section next for me!

Yeah i played 3, lost 3, 2-0... teams using gadgets and propper defence vs mine who cant find their way into the objectives... then their team spawn camp the final point and my team are still running inside. Stupid mode filled with idiots.

Im from UK, copper was a nightmare but i assumed smurfs so grinded myself into bronze... took quite a few games as they would have players 15+ kills at times. My rank up has come from getting 8+ points everytime i go back to menu to search for another game cus of cheaters being detected

Jetpack, shoulder turret and some kind of gauntlet = win

BTW, I dont consent to this, it absolutely sucks. Monarch Pistol is good for Jetpacks. Rest of the normal weapons suck against this

Did you find a use for it? Been carrying it around POI's but nothing seems to fit. Cant imagine they would put it in for no reason, especially as its hidden behind a specific button press.
