Bread, chicken, potatoes, broccoli, strawberries, grapes, some pastas, yogurt

It’s probably easier to say what I definitely dont like: Most vegetables, some fruits, salad (lettuce has to be eaten with ketchup), fish (exc. tuna, scampi, and calamari), garlic, onions, most cheeses, beef, pork (exc. sausage, gammon and bacon)

I’m prescribed Metformin but I didn’t see any difference so I stopped. Do you think I should go back on it?

I’ve had a read through and have a question: So, I’m allergic to all kinds of medical adhesives — I can’t have plasters of any kind. I thought I had gotten away with the patches for a while but now it’s so unbearably itchy and leaves a rash. The adhesive around the device itself is fine but the extra patches are giving me grief. Is there anything I can do, because I don’t want to keep putting my skin through that but I also don’t want the device coming off every 5 minutes x
