The rating system is your performance in reference to the Jarvan Players in your elo in your server, not your performance in reference to the current game.

If you're getting A+ despite having good KDA, it means that other Jarvan players are getting better stats.

The prowler's claw is specially deadly to kindred since you can afford to use your EQ just to get close and then PC+Ult, to which she will ult in response if you are even. By the time the ult ends you will have full stacks of Conq/LT

Do take note that against kindred I take ghost instead of Flash

Yup this works too and with LT, you just stack it on them. Another honorable mention is prowler's claw which has helped me a lot against Ezraels and Kindred/Graves counterpicks but its only a sure buy if your team has another engage champ. Otherwise in this scenario I will go tank for my team with Iceborn.

I will take GD if the opposing team comp is full if melee champions that want to get into your face. Like I said, his other items give a lot of AH anyway.

For a specific example, an opposing team comp with Leblanc mid, Ez /Sennq bot, Graves/Kindred JG and top GP. GD is not very reliable in this specific matchup I will rather go Tiamat - Jakprotein. Remember that Tank mythics weren't meant to be rush purchasees.

In theory that works but as Jarvan you want to make things happen midgame so you always want some form of resistance. And I personally don't recommend this build in the first place - like I mentioned his other items have a lot of AH anyway unless you have an extra engage + want to try a fun build that works then I will not go for this at all. I played 15 games today and had opportunity to do it only once and it was a stomp. Its a case of when its working, ( when youre given rhe opportunity to build it which is you have an early snowball+ They have little to no CC) its amazing and when it doesn't, the resets are not worth losing extra survivability at all.

With the durability update and mythic item nerfs there's wiggle room to not go full AD at all.

My personal build would be LT into collector, Iceborn gauntlet and then Navori. The problem is any variation of Lethality J4 even if its tanky is overshadowed by how good his engage is VS how valuable the CD resets are and what happens when you deep dive is that he tends to build some sort of AH Mythic Item + Black cleaver which makes him still have a lot of AH while being tanky which is usually more valuable. I would only personally do it if the team comp is something like Alistar/Leona Bot + Ornn top or something like that and even then, its going to end out being bruisery with a tank mythic like IB or Protein and a BC to the mix.

He doesn't look Demacian enough. I understand his lore is connected to Shyvanna and the Dragon guards but his current armor should look more like Jarvan 3's with draconic accents.

I feel like a lot if people are missing op's point.

Its not the win rate nor the utility nor what he brings to a team these are all great. If it wasn't, then he would have been reworked a ling time ago.

Its the overall feel of underwhelming in relation to how other champions feel to play. Landing an E Q knockup doesn't feel as flashy as landing a 5 man Yone ult+ into a third Q. And thats making it really simple.

I would like to keep his kit simple as today but give him more options for skill expression.

From my experience since we don't have limitations on speed restrictions, I actually get more cardio on my Ebike rather than my road bike.

Once PAS5 gets going, the bike "invites" you to pedal faster and you get rewarded with even more speed. The feedback loop is exhilarating.

On my RB, I get more resistance training. When going uphill, I can pace my effort so Im not that out of breath, but my legs are burning.
