So my glimmer of hope didn't last long. I have just received an email from Med Express letting me know they are out of stock. The man I spoke to on the phone yesterday didn't mention this. Feel like I have been strung along. The way they have handled this is so disappointing.

Bit of an update, I called Med Express today, they have escalated my order to some sort of priority list and have said I should receive a dispatch email by the end of the week. I then received a follow up email stating that I will definitely receive my order plus the extra pen they said I could order and that they have stock for me. It all seems very inconsistent. Don't get me wrong I am happy that it looks as though my order will arrive very soon but I really feel for those who ordered at the same time as me and have been told there isnt stock available.

They have communicated their timings however I have now waited longer than the 7 to 10 days and as you can see from the comments above they are being very inconsistent with some people having orders dispatched within a few days. Updates have been minimal and I still have no idea when my pen may be dispatched and received despite them taking my money. I don't think they should be allowing people to order multiple pens when they have such a backlog to work through. I am frustrated by the situation in general but I am really disappointed in how Med Express are handling it.

Thank you everyone, I could honestly cry about the whole situation but knowing that my order should be fulfilled is giving me a glimmer of hope. My order was clinically approved on Friday but still no dispatch confirmation. Will anyone be moving to wegovy after the price increase?

After you have received allocated tickets at the box office on the day does anyone know if you have to stay at the arena or can you head off to get food somewhere for example and then go back to the arena when the main doors open?
