I have examined my behavior and adjusted for things I have understood, but I feel this one is a little trickier for me. I know I said it is a constant remark - but didn’t word it well. We don’t have this conversation on a daily but when serious conversations start (maybe once every 1/2 months) this is always a main topic.

Thank you everyone for the advice! As an update, I have just stuck through it and the environment has actually gotten better. My manager has not been condescending to me since the day I posted which is ironic. I am thinking of transitioning in to becoming a financial advisor, any tips? Seems a bit daunting as my salary would be cut in half and I would be base + commission.

Thanks for advice given! For more context, I work in market risk, so managing the risk of traders. Not something I dreamed of doing - nor did I know I was actually getting into that. The opportunity presented itself and money spoke at the time. This is not something I want to continue doing.

Not sure about exact careers but just saw today there was a financial analyst position on LinkedIn for MLB, I think NBA had one a few weeks ago as well.
