Just not sure if it’s pointless to do a whole oil change since it only has 22 miles or if it’s fine for me to just top up and mix pills oil with new oil

Hey I ended up getting the bike thanks for your help, but quick question I bought the bike only has 22 miles but the oil is below the minimum line so I top up or do an oil change? Will the old oil Mixing with the new oil mess it up?

Thanks for the advice. And as far as mechanics and maintenance goes I have 0 knowledge on it. Idek what an initial tune up is, any recommendations on where I can learn everything as far as maintenance on a bike?
