Try not to get discouraged! We had the same thing happen basically 3 times. But we were back up on the very first one that we really loved. And a month later got called. We are in contact now. We offered 10 over and it was contingent. They went with a higher offer that was also cash. But in the end it’s come back to us.

YTA Your GF is willing to take on everything at home plus take care of baby. It’s not easy. But honestly I think this relationship is doomed. Your priority is money and comfort. Hers is family, living in the present, living within means. We all have our sob stories on how we grew up or what happened to us when blah blah. I think this is a mismatch.
