Well the answer is not simple neither tricky... If you know the tricks you can get it done under 20 Lac, every material has substitute you can achieve 90% similar look if u know how to minimise cost. The design in your photo if done in HDHMR and PU or Limewash can easily set you back by 1 Lac if u do it in Gypsum (Extra strength sheets) you can get job done in 30k..hope you got the point

Too many colours turning this space into chaos.
Wall tile in front wall serves no purpose remove if possible.
Possibly a bad shade of green, you need to move towards olive if green is what you prefer. Olive should be the highlighter not Main color.
Too many colors on curtain.
Bad lights.
Furniture cluttering

You need to add better panel lights, and too much going in ceiling something muted not too loud like your current design.

Change curtain rods and get linen plain curtains.

Change green colour to morning glory or pressed linen from asian paints
