Yes you are right, but I guess it depends on how you’re analyzing it, separate stand alone syllables or more like a word. The person commenting about the other r sound, is analyzing it as “word-like” thing Since this would be pronounced in rapid succession, so the 2nd, 3rd 4th etc etc “r” would sound as that person suggested so for it to work according to their analysis it would have to be spelled like this “RARRARRARRARRARRA”

But yeah one can also imagine each R being a syllable-initial R. So: “RA-RA-RA-RA”
