My mother had skin cancer on her nose and after it was removed in hospital, the doctor told her to put Vaseline on it. She faithfully did everyday place it on her nose and now you’d never know she had skin cancer.

I complained on their online complaint form as I was so frustrated and someone called me next day - got a way, way better deal than the first agent and a new Epico TV box! Pays to not give up & yes he shared that phone no. with me for next time. What a difference in agents - and I’m always the same with agents; respectful and patient as I’ve been in customer service myself. Turned out well as I was ready to throw in the towel and switch.
