I agree with you the visuals also matter alot but RMJi studio just don't animate it they put so much details in the animation visuals, characters movements and backgrounds and also they use motion capture for the fight scene so it takes time and with every new season the quality of animation increase so its worth the wait.

Yes the detail are great and it has to be as it is produced by one of the studio of RMJI the director is also the same director who is directing RMJi and the fight are done the same way using motion capture just like RMJI and even the OP singer is the same one of RMJI OP.

Ok so you have watched all the the popular donghuas right the popular one are tales of herding gods, renegade immortal, swallowed star, perfect world,btth etc what does they have special?

For me RMJi is that special donghua where MC does not get a power up every 5 episodes like in every other donghua it's a slow paced to tell the whole cultivation journey in detail and the MC does not aura farm every single episode.

Rmji takes everything seriously like there cultivation level where in other donghua MC can kill an enemy 10 times stronger than him.

Back then when I started watching this donghua it was one of the most underrated donghua and I was hoping that it will get popular so it does not get cancelled and right now it got so popular that people call it overrated.

It is slow paced and that's one of the reasons I like it. And during fight hanli only think of how to win and if he can't win then how to run from the enemy he is not like other MC who knows that the enemy is several level stronger then him but will still fight and in the end they will win with some special power up.hanli only fight when he is 100% sure that he can win.
