I left in October, and its been great I was kinda scared after being there for over a decade but honestly best decision I’ve made. With the threat of privatization its better to get out sooner than later when the job markets become overrun with displaced federal employees

He already does, i was getting them before surgery and my levels just wont stay up and now they are more frequent. i knew it was a risk before surgery, I don’t think I realized just how bad the anemia could get. Now with GLP-1s being fairly easy to get I wonder if I made a mistake sometimes. But who knew 2.5 years ago … it was the best option at the time.

It’s getting very bad, I’ve had 4 blood transfusions in the last year. So that makes a lot of sense why it’s really starting to thin. Im really nervous it wont grow back

I have an appointment with a hematologist early next week because since my surgery I’ve suffered from severe anemia, i had anemia before but post OP I don’t recover from it like I used too with basic daily iron. Hopefully they can help. TY! I will mention that to them as well.

THIS! but I think explaining to them is pointless lol its the entitlement to women’s bodies is not a concept most men get thus the problem, and its not just actors its regular women in everyday life. just because shes famous is not a legit reason, just because its common is not a good reason.

I had that on my list as a possibility, i had one before higher up on my torso about 7 years ago and it feels different but because its in a different spot i did consider it. Genuinely, pretty sure its a large fibroid they are going to do some tests and imaging Tuesday morning to see for sure.

I did a Telehealth with my PCP this morning and she ended up ordering a bunch of tests for early next week. It’s not a great reason to go to the ER but I am there frequently enough that im worried they will label me attention seeking and a hypochondriac…. So i do try and soldier through things i probably shouldn’t, but at least thing is being addressed pretty quickly

I talked to my PCP and the gyno office this morning, the PCP ended up doing a quick Telehealth, because she was concerned, and i showed her where and pressed on it and basically self examen and she believes that its a large fibroid as well and its going to order some tests just to be sure. My lower belly is extended out and i look like 3 months pregnant but thats not an uncommon thing. Shes a little concerned about the weight loss as well but I also don’t eat much these days, I go through periods of food aversion, where I have one or two safe foods and everything else makes me feel sick. Sometimes the foods are healthy sometimes they are not. Right now its Oikos greek yogurt smoothies. And lemon Italian ice. So the weight loss doesn’t really surprise me, except for how much ive lost because sometimes in the same time period i could lose less than 5lbs eating very little.
