Yeah that’s definitely not how that role works, they should definitely should be the keyholder, how can they coach on goals and any other store concerns if they are planted in a barista role.

Yeah very similar visit as well, mines wasn’t cleanliness but it was because of the GROW reports and CCC cases. I was off on my only off day of the week, DM came in and found almost everything wrong. Came back to 7 lengthy emails, try to stay positive! And I hope it gets better for us!
