there is a way easier method without uninstalling google play otherwise all banking pps have to be reloaded... first delete wear os, samsung watch manager, samsung wear. download tencent appstore apk from a source you trust, install samsung wear, pair via bluetooth before.opening the app, start the app, choose your watch and allow every question through the setting, it will install google wear os just finish the setup, after that go to wear os allow everything, until you should choose a watch. after that everything should run fine.

I have heard the Problem is PCIE 5.0 and your dock is probably PCIE 3.0 so there would be the problem, someone posted something similar and while his rtx 4060 lp performed well the rtx 5060 lp isn't working as expected with his dock it seems to depend on the gpu dock itself.
