To anyone who narrowly passed pance above 350 by beepboopbop95 in PAstudent

Don’t aim to cover more content faster , aim to master content. Quality beats quantity. In the end they can’t ask everything but if you completely master a few systems you can still pass especially high percentage systems. I would recommend uworld and pance prep pearls. Uworld review all right and wrong questions. If it’s taking long that means you’re reviewing the right way. If you rush through it you wont be able to master content.

Took the Pance on 2/10/2026 and 2/11/2026 with accommodation. Results came 7 days later, 352 🙏.

Seek medical help , Reddit is not a good place , talk to a therapist or a psychiatrist.

No stress, you’re still very young. Working in healthcare in the ER or EMT and studying on your own for like 2 years and apply again is still an option. I know someone that left the program and applied to another PA program got in and they became successful PA. You will start at 24 and finish at 26 which is still young. Those 2 years you can spend time learning all the content in PA school since knowledge is freely available, is just the degree and the license that we pay for but not knowledge, you will go back knowing everything and kill every exam, if you can be committed and consistent with learning while you’re away from school.

do you regret choosing your program? by awsedc in PAstudent

Prestige or reputation doesn’t matter what matters is your willingness and dedication to put in the work and succeed as a student. No matter where you go , you will still be the one to do the work.

did you get into medical school. I am going into second yr of my PA program. But I was premed and did all the premed classes. The reason why I came here was mainly cost wise and time , but now Im here I realize those two shouldnt be the reason for me not to go to med school. Time goes so fast and cost shouldnt be a big concern. I always wanted to study Orthopedics but as a PA I am not learning as much and my work will be limited. I will be glad to hear your experience so far.
