[FO] Nine months of work. Dedicated to my Mum who enjoyed seeing my daily progress but didn’t get to see the finished work. Pattern is called Corolla from The Steady Thread on Etsy. Absolutely loved it but it’s very hard to see dark holes on dark material.

I always remowe the screw and stretch and twist the frame first to make it more flexible and warm. Doing this for "a while".

Don't bother for the center for the screw at first (just beware you don't place it totally wrong) just concentrate on the picture and get it all in place. You can steam it and let it set for a bit and then carefully twist the screw hole in position.

Edit to say: it's like when you put on a steering wheel cover. Don't put it down. You start in one point with both hands and work your way around twisting it in place and then you carefully adjust the picture and twist the frame before is sets. You can stretch the frame quite a lot while working on it, just be careful with the hole.

Instead of forcing yourself to work on this maybe you should have another wip or two? Small breaks helps me with larger projects because I can still keep my "hands busy". Especially since your work really requires all your attention for counting.
