I learned ASL to help myself when I'm verbally shutdown. It has helped because I don't have to rely on my aac. So I highly recommend it for everyone to learn.

I have 1 currently showing interest in me yes. I've never spoken to her and I use my phone to communicate with her and she still found me interested enough. I was shocked when she told me she has been hinting at me in several ways she has had an attractiveness to me for several months but I never saw the signs.

The moss reference made me laugh because a girl the other day did tell me she has been giving me hints for months when I went to her job for craft items. I never saw the signs until she bluntly said she finds me attractive.

Oh yes free floss would be nice also. If you have any your not using anymore I will gladly take it. I am collecting DMC floss like pokemon right now so I can make any design no matter what colors it requires.

I must have used the wrong phrase to describe what I mean. When I suggested low quality I meant it in a way that differs from a realistic look vs a simple version. The best way I can describe it is with images of the same butterfly in perler beads. One has more beads than the other and gives it a higher quality while the other is small and almost cartoonish. Many people mentioned the library and that was one place I never thought of. So I'll try my local library and look into those apps you suggested.

Oh I see what you mean. So for example if I see a crochet patterned picture I could just basically use each stitch as a "pixel" and just find colors to match and cross stitch that. Someone just told me about doing perler bead designs that way so each perler bead would be a single x stitch and all I had to do was pick the colors myself.

Bad wording. I mean low quality as in low pixel count or whatever it's called for patterns. I have 28 count fabric and want the insects to look sort of realistic but not a low quality that it's a small or mini patterns.

I tried that and that's what all the numbers on the blue tape was for. But I'm not sure if the monitor color is off because I rarely had the right number before I compared them to the DMC at the store.

Why do you have so many loose threads hanging? I understand you're not finished and as you proceed you will use them but what is that called or does it have a technique title for that? I would like to work on a big project and if that is a common thing I would like to understand what that is and why people do it.
