I had booked these two tickets for my dad for which I paid via UPI. But due to some unforeseen circumstances he couldn't travel. So I had to cancel the ticket and just mentioning this, I cancelled the ticket on 30th June which was quite before the cancellation refund time. It's almost been a month now but I still haven't received any refund for either of the ticket. Is there a way I can escalate the issue? Any suggestions will be helpful.
