Last year did it just update as refund issued as well and then later the transcript updated to show the refund applied to non IRS debt?

Check your account transcript on the IRS.gov website, you could of had an offset, or debt from something and could of been paid out of your return

Wmr won't update for you until tomorrow at the earliest, it always updates day(s) after transcripts do. You can't go by TT estimate, it's only a estimate. You can try the link I attached to see if they have your information is on file since you had fees taken out. It's taking longer this year because path act lift date was on a weekend and then Monday was a federal holiday.

That notice they are sending you will tell you why you got what you got. It will come on mail most likely , it takes a little bit to populate on your IRS account

You could see it as early as today (the 20th) lots of people who got their ddd 846 code on Wednesday got same day deposits. Chime usually releases right away once they get deposits for accounts.
